Periodically I am not able to view the QVC website. It typically will be unavailable for 2+ days or so. I previously reported the problem to the Q customer service and was told they were unaware of any problem. Below is the message I receive. Does anyone know why this happens?

It's a browser issue, not QVC.  You posted so apparently the issue is gone.

The next time you receive that message, refresh your browser or restart your browser and/or use another browser if all else fails.

Not sure how to refresh the browser on my iPhone or iPad.

@Toots711   Sorry, neither do I as I uee a desktop computer.  I would suggest you check YouTube tutorials and/or Apple's website until someone else who has those devices chimes in here.

@Toots711    I'd install and use a new, different browser temporarily for when you're having this problem.  I use an Android tablet with Chrome and have never had the problem you describe.  I do have another browser installed, just in case.

You are not the only one who has issues.  Unfortunately, those who do, blames QVC. 

There are many here (me included) who has had no issues w/their website.  I've always suspected these "issues" depends on what device you are using.

It might be the device but I've also had it happen, seen that message, when the website is slammed, i.e. super super busy. It's like when you call them and can't get through, just get a busy signal. Same thing.

I use an iPad and to refresh the website you tap on the curved arrow on the right end of the address bar.
