How long does it take for a return to get processed

I have had to send back a few things over the past few wks and I dont see anything listed as customer service has gotten them to process..

generally for me, 3-4 weeks.

they do have a new service available that is supposed to speed up the process.

Same has happened to me numerous times. Took weeks, a few took over a month. Today I received a shirt I returned because it was too big. I sent it back as an exchange for a size S. Today, a month later, not only did I receive the shirt in S, they sent me back the same shirt in a Medium. Charged me shipping for the Small.

I have to call them tomorrow. Their orders and shipping are really messed up...

Q's return processing is the slowest in the nation.

Unless it's a large item, I never never never use Q's label. I keep a few flat rate envelopes and padded envelopes around and print flat rate priority mail postage at USPS.com. It may cost a dollar more but it's well worth it.

Returns that I've sent this way are usually processed within 2-4 days.

When I do use Q's label, I email the moderators if I don't hear anything in 2-3 weeks.
