Okay, I sent back a clothing item and it was received in the return center on August 11. Today is August 19 and still no return credit on my account. Is this still the "normal" for returns at QVC? Granted we're back in the pandemic sadly, but I thought by now there would be a return credit issued. At this rate I'm hesitant to order anything else at all from QVC! (Another item sat for seven days in the local post office before it was picked up by a "shipping agent" and taken to a city only three to four hours away. It was received two days ago in the return center so I'm not even asking about that one for another week or two. This is so frustrating!)

The few times I've returned an item, it seems to take 1 to 2 weeks to receive a credit. My experience in banking is that once the credit card processing center receives the credit transaction, you should receive credit on your card the next day. So - it seems to depend on when Q fully processes the return.

@InStitches49 - Once your return has been picked up by the agent, feel free to send a message to the social team as noted by @Barbara-QVC above, and they can help to process your credit or exchange in a more timely manner. The issue with the returns service using the QVC label has nothing to do with the pandemic; it just happens to be the absolute lowest delivery class there is, so everything else takes priority and returns are handled when there is room for them on a truck and/or people available to scan or process them.

.I can relate...on July 26th I mailed back a Truth in Style TSV dress. It finally reached the returns agent on July 5th. Finally today, 8/20, it is showing that it is in return status. - still not credited back to my card. You can only wait it out or as per a message on their website, if you are using their return label you can contact the Social Team and notify them that you are returning the item and they will issue a more timely credit.
