I use Easy Returns only for jewelry, because anything going to the South Carolina address takes more than a month, often more than 2. Easy Returns used to reply within 3-4 days.

Not anymore. And I am meticulous giving them exactly the information they want.

So, the VARIABLE must be staffing. Can't be a fun or well-paid job. If folks leave or are ill, they get backed up. Only explanation I can come up with, since it used to work.

Now waiting on Easy Returns for two piece of jewelry that have now already been receive in SC.

sorry you are having that issue @1Professor . i have really had no issues with timing or accuracy using the QVC EASY RETURNS process since they began it. sometimes i get my refund even before i have dropped the item off to ups or usps.

I think it takes longer than it used to. I follow up when it doesn't process in 30 days. Customer service usually issues my credit right then.
