How Long Do Returns Take to Process?

I sent back the Altec Lansing CD player and radio that wouldn't program the remote correctly and it was received at the South Carolina address on June 2. I'm wondering how long it takes now to process a return and get the credit back on my credit card. I'm not fussing--just wondering how many days or weeks. Thanks!

Depends. Call CS and tell them the item was received on 6/2 and you don't have your refund yet. They will look at the tracking and see it was rcvd and can issue your refund.

I also have a return that was received June 2 with no further action. I used the easy returns process but it doesn't matter. It always takes weeks. We shouldn't have to follow up with customer service!

In the past, my refunds have taken approximately 3 weeks (more or less) from the date I dropped off my return.

There were a few times that I got my refund quite rapidly (within a week) but that hasn't happened for a while.

Lately at least 6 weeks is my experience even when they send you an email that says they recieved it and will be [rocessed in the nest 7 business days it usualll at least double that and that is only if you create a return label off your order status.

using the QVC EASY RETURNS method that they recommend, i generally get my refund in about a week or less.

Call CS. It gets immediately processed if you speak with someone. Very suspcious.

Something isnt right if you used qvceasyreturns. Using that process gets you your return before qvc even receives it back. I have been refunded within a week of emailing qvceasyreturns.
