The Post Office is the last place I take a package . They are slow as Christmas. If you have a UPS store take it there. I have never had an issue getting a return to QVC via UPS.

I’ve had the same issues with shipping on the Q. I sent some shoes back to be exchanged. They took forever to reach their destination....once they did, nothing happened. I called CS yesterday and the CS Rep....who was wonderful BTW...suggested I cancel the original order and she would place a new order for the shoes....now they are listed as Backordered....so frustrating!!! Exchanges might be free...but they are anything but Easy!!! Hopefully QVC can get a better, more customer friendly process. This has to affect their bottom line.

 

As a sidebar....I purchased the same shoe in another color directly from Earth’s website...received them within 10 days from order. They offer free shipping and free return shipping.

problem shipping ups, everything has to be in a paper box

@tropics21 not necessarily true, I send things in a large manila envelope to a customer --on a regular basis, I have never been told I could not use the envelope.

@tropics21 this is not true I ship many thing UPS not in a paper box. I return things UPS and use QVC's plastic bags they ship in. I also ship for my job and use large yellow envelopes.

After reading the horror stories, I returned my last purchase with trepidation,.  I held my breath but with a quick push from the mods, I had my little bit of money back on my cc long before I would have had to pay that card or be charged for another EZP.  Thank heavens even the math made sense!

 

I had used my own postage and theUSPS tracing never worked -  that's why I had asked the mods for help.  Lots of what's going on right now doesn't seem to be working well, but the moderator help is a wonderful service.
