@Wayne-QVC  whatever happened to Customer Service allowing for a courtesy extra extension of 5-7 business days, for the holiday return policy? That got taken away? So disappointed by this ugh! I had unavoidable family situations that made it quite difficult to get my one return sent out via UPS store by the 31st, called Customer service and was told that you can no longer ask for a short courtesy extension, is that true?
