My package arrived from QVC missing an item. I have tried calling the customer survices number many times and a recording comes on saying all agents are busy. I've tried connecting with the live chat on the website and that didn't connect either. What is the best way to actualy reach someone? I am missing pants that I ordered. The item was listed on the shipping slip in the package  and on my account it is listed as arrived.

LOL   I'm sorry Mr. Melvin if they would just do email it would save a lot of phone calls and distress on waiting. Just speeds up the process.
