Help with Order

I purchased a set of hummingbird reader glasses, over a week ago on July 12. The order is still showing as "in process" and I'm not even allowed to edit it.  

What is going on?

Please help!

This is not unusual and usually happens when it's new merchandise that has had an unavoidable delay in its arrival.  It's on the way.

@Suziqzee  I apologize for our late reply, the order is still processing but are hopeful it will be shipping in the coming days.
