has anyone sent back mutible items at one time in the same packaging? I was told by a CS rep when I called regarding a return that you are able to do that just include every invoice . I like the idea of paying only one return amount , but Leary of all the other items being picked up as returns. I would only have one receipt from the PO , the one that is on the outside of that package . I'm just not sure about doing it that way. Is anyone do it this way send how have you found it to be ?

I have done this many many times. Just be sure to watch your account. It will take longer for the items inside to show returned. The label that you use will be the first one credited, if you use a Q return label. I do suggest using the Q label as it will be cheaper than paying for a large box (or plastic envelope) if you send multiple items back

In the past when I had multiple returns -- example jewelry -- put the order #'s on the outside of the return box so the warehouse is aware of it. I also attached the return slips to each jewelry box item inside the box.
You cannot return clothing & jewelry together since they go to separate warehouses.

I , also , have return more than one item in the same package . Don’t seem to have a problem .

@Kitty Galore Be sure to use the label for the most expensive items when returning multiple items in one package. It if gets lost, my guess is QVC is only going to refund you for the item that is tied to the label. Otherwise, it's your word against theirs in what was included in the same box....and you can probably guess who will win in that instance.
This is of course, only if the package becomes missing and never makes it to QVC.

My goodness, I think some must be returning more items in one week then I've done anywhere in my lifetime. Either too much buying or not being careful when purchasing. There can't be this many defective items. No wonder prices are high.

I send multiple items in one package often. According to the mods, the second item rides free then you're charged shipping for every item thereafter. Whether this actually happens is another matter. I've never had any trouble with these returns but make sure they're similar like all clothing.

@LizzieInSRQ I send things back that are either not made well once I see it in person
or are entirely different then when presented. For instance a lipstick color that dosent even close to what was shown or an eyeshadow that caused a rash on my eyelids. A Clothing item that when ordered a second color after receiving the first one was not cut the same, fit not the same at all . Sometimes items are defective like a lantern that when opened the glass was all shattered. I don't send back cause I changed my mind or very , very rarely if at all ! I've been with QVC for 21 yrs. I mostly am very pleased with the items I order!!!

I did this recently and did a chat with a rep online. I stated the items I was returning and asked that a note be placed on my account. I then saved the chat as a PDF file on my computer so I would have a record.

Good for you standing your ground. There are allot hecklers when ever some brings up the word " return " on this forum.
