@Dlb63 You won't have to pay for return shipping. Follow directions under customer service

@Dlb63. The instructions for making returns are detailed at qvc.com. All you do is mark it defective and briefly explain the problem. Attach the return shipping label and send back. If the agree it's defective, you will not be charged return shipping. How do you know it's a 1X?

The label on the inside of the sweater says 1X. The outside of the pkg says small. That's not what was inside the package. The packing has just been mislabeled and the wrong size sweater sent.

How do I return an item that's defective or was shipped to me incorrectly?
No worries! You don't need to call QVC. If you receive a defective item or we sent you the wrong one, you may return the product within 30 days using the Q Return Label, and we'll correct the issue!
To print a Q Return Label, go to Order Status, view the order, then click Start a Return and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
When we receive the return, we'll refund the shipping & handling paid and not deduct for the Q Return Label.
For additional guidance on returning the product to us, see How can I return or exchange an item?
Or call customer service 1-800-367-9444 or email social team qvcsocialteam@qvc.com
If for some reason you do get charged for the return (it can happen), call customer service and they will credit you.

@Dlb63 - After you apply the helpful information provided by @geezerette, there's one more step you should take: Watch the tracking details for your return and take action to request an exchange for the correct item as soon as possible.
When you see a status update that the agent has picked up the item (USPS) or the package has moved from the drop-off point to another processing location (UPS), call customer service or send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to explain your situation. They can confirm that your return is on its way back to QVC and should be able to place your exchange order right away so you don't have to wait for the return package to reach the warehouse and be processed. This will give you the best chance of getting what you ordered before it potentially sells out.
Good luck!

I just received a LOGO black top that was in a Susan Graver clear bag which had the Susan Graver top that I had ordered on the package. Someone must have returned the LOGO top in the Susan Graver bag.
I chatted online and will not be charged the return fee due to their error.
I also ordered a necklace and received 2 of them in separate packages. Chatted again and was told to return and will not be charged the return fee.
If customers will contact them and explain the error, or damage if any to your order, you will not be charged the return fees.
