Hi...I have two items I returned for refund, and still see no progress or refund.
I've tracked them and they both say "Tendered to returns agent" ...one on 5/25, the other on May 12!
I still see no refunds issued.
I won't post any further info here until advised to do so..
Someone in Customer Service please expedite my refunds and advise!

@amyb For future purchases- I used QVC Easy Returns.. It's easy ( as it states) and I get a refund very quickly. You do have to use the QVC label so they can track it. Ask Customer Care about it.
