Help With Processing My Refunds Due To Me??

Hi...I have two items I returned for refund, and still see no progress or refund.

 

I've tracked them and they both say "Tendered to returns agent" ...one on 5/25, the other on May 12!

I still see no refunds issued.

I won't post any further info here until advised to do so..

 

Someone in Customer Service please expedite my refunds and advise!

Please send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and include the order  numbers. We will be happy to process your returns for you.

@amyb  For future purchases- I used QVC Easy  Returns.. It's  easy ( as it states) and I get a refund very quickly. You do have to use the QVC label  so they can track it.  Ask Customer Care about it.
