You have had some major life events over the last two or three years, starting with the loss of your beloved brother.  Other losses followed, major health issue and the recovery from that, possible retirement of DH ( if I remember exactly), the financial roller coaster that this country is not enjoying, etc., etc.

That's a lot of change to incorporate into your life in a short period of time.  Appliqué mean-spirited, undeserved comments from a few posters on this board and a person needs to protect their spirit from the bashing.

I am sorry you have been unfairly the brunt of meanness; however, do whatever you need to do to keep your sanity.  As several posters have suggested: Take a sabbatical from the Q board until you feel the urge to communicate with those posters who enjoy your input and spirit.

Don't give a few the power to banish your voice.  Keep a few minutes each day to read the posters you enjoy and skip the chaff.  Tag a poster who made you smile...a simple easy way to dip the toe in the water.  Avoid haters because their negativity can permeate the whole environment.  Jealousy can appear under many disguises.

I guess I don't understand the problem.  If I wanted to stop posting, I'd just stop.  Easy.  Unless the issue is, someone doesn't have any willpower and needs to be physically prevented from posting?  

If it's the actual QVC account that someone wants closed, so that no orders can be placed, that's an issue for corporate, I would think.  Someone has supplied the information in a prior post.

I once contacted another company and asked them to close my account.  I got a response that they would do that, but that it could take a few weeks to contact all their subsidiaries.  It worked fine for me.
