Has anyone else noticed this?

QVC owes me several refunds--maybe 3 or 4. I've noticed that the refunds of under $25 or so are issued immediately, DESPITE their notices that they're having trouble with refunds.

 

They also owe me several hundred dollars in refunds on some other items and they won't even give me any information of the status of these returns.

 

what do you think? cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap  I think an investigation is callled for.

  Having or "waiting" for several" hundreds of dollars" in refunds would make me think twice before ordering -- the cost factor for return shipping fees would definitely be a deterrent!

 

IMO you may need to shop somewhere else (traditional b&m stores) where you can physically return something & get immediate refund / credit if this is a issue for you! 

 

Plus, keep in mind you're not the only person returning a item(s) to their warehouses (me included - after 14 days then I check my status).

I also am waiting (for well over a month) for a refund.    QVC needs to be reported to both the state and Federal govt officials for these business practices.    I have loved QVC for many years but am ready to walk away.

I'd never have a chance to know this because at least 20 years ago I decided on a personal policy that while I was waiting for a refund or a delayed delivery from any company, I would not order again until my issues had been completed.  That policy hasn't failed me yet -  and I don't think I've missed any particularly great deals because of my choices.

 

I do know my last QVC return took only 10 days from mailing to a credit on my credit card -   it was for a small amount, but even so, I didn't bother with QVC while I was waiting.

 

And even though my QVC experiences have been mostly excellent over the years, I don't think I've ever ordered enought at any one time that I'd have spent several hundred dollars, let alone have to wait for refunds of hundreds of dollars.  My shopping is much smaller than that.

I never ever have had a problem with refunds.  However, if I ever had to wait that long without an explanation, I wouldn't be purchasing again ever.

@FuzzyFace.  I think before you call for an investigation, you need to provide more information than you've listed here.

@FuzzyFace Hundreds of dollars owed in returns?  What the heck are you buying that you are returning? Sounds like you need to turn off QVC.....

I've only made a few returns recently.  In my opinion, it's because USPS is so slow (I know that this is in part because I use the QVC returns label).
