I find that when a coupon is used, most often you can't do easy pay. Try entering the code but pay in full for the item. That usually works for me. @Poohbear52
At times there can be a glitch, just call CS and place your order with them. The can assist you.

Sometimes the fine print will tell you there are exclusions.
Did you check that?
Call CS and ask them to apply it.

@Poohbear52, is it for an item they consider electronics? I think they often exclude those?

it was a sweater from giuliana, full price. I was able to do the chat and she ended up with the same message as I did, invalid for me. She ended up sending me $9.99 in spendable cash. Very much appreciated!

I'm glad you didn't have a problem. Hope you got something you've been eyeing for awhile at a good price. I'm not sure what went wrong for me, frustrating! In the end, going to the chat did help me out. Usually I don't have a problem with codes. Go figure.😄
