Very disappointed. Item I ordered on 12/13 still has not arrived as guaranteed. It won't be here until the 28th. And the person this gift is for is flying out on the 27th. Back it will go to QVC, since I had to go out in the mad rush yesterday and find another gift! I ordered an item from HSN on the 18th (and it's not a gift), and arrived today as expected.
I wish Issac and Joan's clothing lines were available somewhere else. Sadly, looks like I won't be purchasing through them anymore.

I have been pleasantly pleased with delivery service this season.  Items are arriving on time and in some instances early. Many thanks to those working in distribution warehouses, USPS, and UPS! You did a great job! 🎅⛄🎄

This happens every year, yet it continues to frustrate customers annually.  Then QVV wonders why business and their stocks are falling? It may make it or may not, promises to get orders to customers by Christmas? Promises that they can not keep.

I TOO AM SORRY QVC FAILED TO DELIVER MY FOOD PRODUCTS FOR CHRISTMAS.  THE HOSTS WERE SAYING ORDER BY THE 19TH OF DEC. AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY THE 25TH.  I ORDER TWO ITEMS THAT WERE FOOD ITEMS.  ONE WAS RASTELLI MEAT; THE DAY AFTER IT WAS SCHEDULED TO SHIP THE ORDER SWITCHED TO "BACKORDERED."  THE SECOND ORDER NEVER HAS SHIPPED.  IT WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT MY FRIENDS HOME ON 12-20.  AS I TYPE THIS ON JAN 2ND 2025 IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.  EVERY TIME I WOULD GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS ON SHIPMENT UNTIL I FINALLY REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR.  SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS A DELIVERY ISSUE THAT QVC HAD NOTIFIED PERISHABLE GOODS WERE HAVING A QUARANTEED DELIVERY.

 

THE LESSON HERE, FOR ME, IS NEVER ORDER A FOOD ITEM FROM QVC UNLESS I AM FAMILIAR WITH DELIVERY PERFORMANCE.  QVC KEEPS SAYING THE BUSINESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY...IF SO, QVC HOSTS SHOULD NEVER BE INSTRUCTED TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A CERTAIN DATE.

 

DISAPPOINTED AND WON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM QVC UNTIL MY LAST ORDER..STILL IN LIMBO, SHIPS.
