I just wanted to take a minute to complement QVC's Customer Service Department. I have only had to contact them a couple times, but both times they let me exchange items that were well past the 30-day return period when I hadn't had the opportunity to use the products for legitimate reasons (i.e. windshield guard for snow).
Both times, QVC went above and beyond their stated return policy. I am grateful for their excellent customer service!

just got done talking to customer service a while ago.
i had to call them for my mom and for myself.
a few items arrived broken or not working......they were parts of a set.
customer service was able to give me a partial refund on all of the items in question so that i can keep what works and dont have to return the broken, non-working items.
thank you qvc customer service representatives! keep up the great work in the new year. very friendly and very quick to solve the issues.
