@Desertdi - LOL.  Well, I did spend 25 years in I.T., but even I am sometimes challenged by technology.  (Or is it that I've just become lazy?)

 

And I'm right there with you on the mechanical and maintenance (all kinds) side.  My DH knows nothing about any of it, but I grew up with six brothers, one of whom was a professional mechanic.  I always loved things like that, as well as fixing things around the house.  Smiley Happy

Couldl he have written the order number down wrong?  I have been known to hear numbers and transpose them or leave a number out or something.  It happens.

@Chatyone 2 . I suspect that he hung up before the order was complete. If you are putting it on your Q card why don't you place the order for him?  If he was trying to use a Q card in your name maybe that's why it didn't go through. My advice is to tell him to let you order for him if he wants a phone if not then he does without a phone and not to mention it again.
