[why again]

Fir at least the 4th time in a row where you there is a free shipping starting at midnight the cart still add shipping. Individual listings say free s&h but you add to the cart and it still charges shipping. It is happening again. And the last several times it has taken hours to register. Where a hour in still no free shipping on the website. Last time sent email to social team asking them to fix it. got no response and clearly they have not fixed the problem but it manages to end right on time. .

just placed an order via my laptop on the website.

everything i ordered showed free shipping in my cart and free shipping on the last page of checkout.

i went back to double check also in my order status.

No issues placing my order around 12:20am.  Are the items in your cart before midnight?  Maybe you need to remove and put them back in.

@why again, are items just sitting in your cart, or have you actually tried to checkout?

It's been my experience on the checkout page that items are listed as qualifying for free shipping.

@why again - You seem to have this problem every time there's free shipping, but others don't.

I'd start looking at what the issue may be on your end of things.  It can't be a QVC system error, if you're the only one having it.  As others have posted, they are getting the free shipping.

Why not just use automated ordering?  Super fast!

As long as it is after midnight, I have always had free shipping work both online and thru the phone.

I had the same issue....

I checked and the "as is" and clearance items did not qualify....

I ordered As is items and it shows zero shipping.
