I received a card in the mail last week offering a 20%discount on one item up to $25 using the code HELLOMARCH20 between 3/22 and 3/31/2024. It doesn't work,no matter what I try. Any suggestions?

Did you read the fine print for exclusions?

I didn't get that card, but that's usually the problem when a code won't work.

Definitely read the fine print.  The "coupons" I've gotten contained a lot of exclusions.  And as with the "free shipping" coupon that some of us received, the conditions for using it can change!

I never received the coupon, but I have noticed QVC is placing more restrictions on the items they can be used on.

I believe, like HSN the coupons are not able to be applied to clearance items or TSV items. They may also restrict them on Luncheon and Prime Time Specials.

Well I think I solved the problem myself. Seems the card is addressed to my daughter who lives in Finland, but bought me a Christmas gift off QVC and opened an account using our address. So the code is only going to work on her account, not mine.

With all the exclusions QVC is placing on so many things including discount codes and thirty day price guarantees, why do they even bother? Why waste their time and mine? In fact, these games they are playing just convince me more and more that I need to walk away from shopping here.

Normally on a free shipping day I would have multiple orders. Today I begrudgingly placed one. The item had shown as sold out and then it seemed one popped back into inventory so I did get it.

Again, I don't like these new games that are being played. Although maybe not the technical definition, it feels a bit like bait and switch.

@PansyBoo   Agree.  That "free shipping" coupon I received that was valid for the month of March had NO exclusions.  But when I tried to use it, a whole bunch of exclusions popped up.  Needless to say, I never used the coupon.

Doesn't matter since I so seldom shop here anyway.  Much better options elsewhere.

Code worked perfectly for me. Got a beautiful outdoor rug (already on clearance) with money off. Yay!
