Every exchange or return I have done in the past year or so QVS has handled as a return and charged me shipping both ways. I think this is the default. I always have to call and get my shipping (both ways) refunded. If folks are not checking their refunds the money QVC is not refunding to customers is sure going into QVCs profits.
