A few months ago I returned an item to be replaced, the return was posted and replacement in process, then cancelled. I thought oh well, someone is telling me I don't need that. Then it happened the second time, I thought, there is a problem here, and I called customer service, they acknowledged there was a glitch, and "fixed" it and I did receive my exchange. Later to realize that my shipping had not been adjusted. I thought, oh well it is just $3.00. Then this month I returned a Linea Whisper Knit V-Neck for a different color. The return was posted, and I received an e-mail stating the preferred color was not available (However it was), so I placed an order for the new color. Today I called, and explained to customer service that I should have had a free exchange. The rep was very nice, however, after talking to someone for help I was told he could adjust the second shipping charge but not the first because it had already been completed!?!?I told him that perhaps they should stop advertizing free exchange it they cant provide it. I suggest if you have exchanged anything check closely, I don't think they have this figured out yet.

@KKWA I'm so sorry about that. I issued an addtional credit to the visa card used on the order for the sweater.
