My return was received 2 days ago. How long does it take to process and mark the item as returned? Just curious because the 2nd easy pay will be due this month.

On average, a week. I've been told UP to a week, so.... a week.

@hfpintI don't know the answer to your question, but I would definitely be on the phone to CS regarding that EZPayment due this week. Even if they can't finish the credit back, I'd hope there's a way to stop that because the system shows you've made the return. Please ask.

Anyone else hear that Walmart is going to work at getting returns finished in 30 seconds? I was in the car and didn't get all the details, but I'd guess they are thinking that would be one way to compete with Amazon.
Not sure just how or when they plan to start - certainly not today and definitely not for everything immediately. I assume we'll be seeing ads for this soon.

@hfpint - I have a return that the status says delivered Oct 4 (I mailed it Sept 29). So, I guess it takes awhile. I was just happy it got picked up so quickly at the post office. I have had packages sit there for up to 2 weeks before starting on their way to PA. I always get a receipt from the post office when they scan it in just in case. Hope they do your return when they do mine! But as others suggested, I would call CS about the easy pay just to be sure.
