Jeeze! FIX IT! This is not a college kid's website....it's a BUSINESS.

 

This makes me wonder how secure my purchase info is. I was going to order an item yesterday but didn't due to the problems with this part of their website.

@Kim-QVC,

This is a widespread problem across all devices, all browsers with many customers across the country only on the QVC site.

So it is something in the QVC system.

Again, it is not a problem on any customer's devices.

The page comes up as a mishmash of products but none can be accessed and there is no sign of forum pages.

And "clearing cookies, or changing browsers" does nothing because it is not a problem with any customer devices.

The above continues all the way down the page until the end, where I can access the forum.   As follows...

And every time I tap on a subject or post, instead to going directly to subject or post, the page goes all the way to the top again and I have to scroll down to be able to access what I want.

MY PROBLEM IS ALL MY AD ORDERS OVER THE PAST WEEK OR SO ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE EITHER ONLINE OR AUTOMATED.  JUST GET THAT ANNOYING RED BAR THAT SAYS "HMMM  PLEASE CONTACT CS".

I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SET MY NEXT SHIPMENTS OR CANCEL THEM.

CS SAID THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DO IT EITHER UNTIL SOMETHING GETS FIXED.  HOPE IT IS RESOLVED SOON.

I know some hold off on updating when a new iOS or windows update comes out but I always update immediately and have literally never had an issue signing in, ordering, reading the forums, etc.  I use my iPad Air 4 mostly, but have used my iPhone and windows laptop at times too.

Have any of you noticed that at the foot of the page there is a black box that says: "Special Offers & Finds For You?" Then there is a ^ as if to direct you to scroll up to see what those deals are, but it doesn't go anywhere. I'd have to be nuts to order anything from this place until they fix this website.

Indeed it is a mess...but unfortunately there are ALWAYS problems with this website. QVC definitely NEEDS TO HIRE SOME QUALITY IT staff to handle this website...all if it! I am using a 1-yr old HP laptop, Win 10, Edge Browser...problem yesterday 7/20 when I tried to login to Forums...same today 7/21! Nowhere else seems to be problematic on website at least for now. PS: 7/22/22: same problem affecting forums.... I can't even quote anyone at this time. I had to copy and paste your response here in my own post @ScarletDove. I was going to say I agree with you. They want you to spend $$ but can't fix the website.
