How long does a item stay in the process mode?, it has been days now. No wonder I do not order much of anything from QVC I know you are having delivery problems, come on now ... womanfrustrated:

@apple1964.  UPS has delivery problems; QVC has shipping problems.  If you want a mod to check on something, they need an order number in a private email @  qvcsocialteam@qvc.com
