Call CS. If the agent can see that your return package been received, they will process your refund while you're on the phone with them.

i get my refund sometimes even before i have given my return to usps or ups.

I sent something back about 4 months ago and they have they have not yet issued my money back. This is crazy! I will not be buying anything substanial from QVC ever again!

That happened to me with a return, around 1 month still not credited. I called CS and they handled the credit but it still shows on line the order hasn't been returned, lol.
