I had a message to contact CS, I have called 4 times and left 2 voice messages and the other 2 times left a message with an associate in finance department for a return call. How can I get in touch with them so that they can verify I did make the purchase so my order can be shipped out ASAP?

Good luck!  I made a phone call and connected with a live person finally.  I received assurances that they would immediately ship out my missing product since I had been billed for it yet didn't receive it.  I had surgery and didn't follow up yet again until 5 weeks later.  When I called again, I was told that it had been too long.  

 

Long story short...follow through with diligence until you get satisfaction!
