So I FINALLY spoke to someone to verify my order and payment info.  She said everything checked out and I would get an email once shipped.  That was a few days ago and my order still says "IN PROCESS"  why is that?  How long does it take after I verify my account for shipment to happen?  I have given up all hope of xmas delivery as I just want it to arrive at all at this point.  I also wanted to add one more iteam  on easy pay as 6 pay option is temporary on this iteam but I am affriad if I add another iteam it will somehow put everything on hold again.....help Smiley Sad

@Jacque411 Hi, I'm so sorry for any delay with your order.  If you were to place another order, it would be separate and will have no affect on your current order.  Good luck, Happy Hoidays to you and yours.

Thank you for the responce but you didn't answer my main question as to why is the order still on process when I have finally verified the order with your team?
