I use to get my orders fairly quick, but I have three orders that are "preparing" for a week now.  That is a little too long and then add the actual shipping time.

 l live in PA - in the past my orders arrived in 2-3 days.  Currently it is 9-11 days.

I get emails saying the carrier is changing (way to frequently)  Only 2 carriers are used (either UPS or USPS) which is not new.  No idea why this is.
