Here I find out the cricut2 holograhphic bundle when ordered was shown as In Stock. Expedited shipping was chosen. Expected delivery is 1/15 this wed yet order shows still in process and my card has been charged and it cleared my bank. Contacted CS thru chat and am told it is being sent from a vendor. I ask if they can contact the said vendor about it and was told they could not. And hopefully I will get the item as expected and if not contact them back for a refund of the expedited ship charge? What is that! Why is QVC putting this as an option for faster delivery if they claim they can not contact the vendor it is shipping from about the order? Something is not making sense. Especially on a item when ordered is shown as In Stock. Expedited shipping was chose because I need the items by Friday at most! There needs to be more transparency with our orders .

Expedited shipping at QVC is a joke and not worth the premium I have discovered.

@Shoppinmomma. Unfortunately, expedited shipping just covers the transit part of the shipping process, not the processing or preparation for shipping. If you don't receive it by the date estimated, I would request a refund of the shipping charge if I were you.

Oh for sure will! Just very alarming the CS told me they could NOT contact the vendor about my order. Sketchy! They have zero issue taking our money yet after that there is no further information and we the customers supporting QVC are in the dark until a package just arrives whenever. When you are given a EDD upon ordering it should be honored.

i also have a complaint about QVC not being able to notifiy their vendors.....lol.....
In a world where ,"instant contact" can be made with anyone anywhere,It is remarkable that QVC cannot contact their vendors........

Apprently we are. I never heard of a company this size and volume not being able to contact a vendor. How are they selling said items shipped from 2nd n 3rd parties with no information.

Today is just the 13th. I wouldn't be surprised if you receive your order by the 15th. (Fingers crossed!)

When the order is placed, the shipping details are sent to the vendor. They will see the expedited shipping. I can understand your concern about contacting the vendor. Think about it like what if 300 people a day made the same request. How will the vendor get anything shipped if they spend all day on the phone. I work for a very large company that has high shipping volume. It's not possible to micromanage things.

Not true at all, stop giving people wrong information. Expedited shipping speeds up the entire process, trust me I do it all the time.
