Regarding returns, I have several for which I have received the ‘you have received a refund’ notice, yet NO refund has shown up as a credit.  

 

Waiting weeks.  Calling is no use at all.

 

CS says PayPal has just not credited me, PayPal says NO funds have been returned.  

 

Is anyone making interest on my money?

@Drythe Please e-mail me the order numbers that you have received a notice that your account was refunded weeks ago, but no credit showing on your account to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and I will be happy to take a look.

I agree!  The HSN exchange procedure is so easy and quick. QVC should adopt this procedure. Returns and exchanges with QVC take longer than two weeks, When I exchanged with HSN, the entire process was a week. I recently sent a top back to QVC for exchange they received it on 6/25.  Today I checked and nothing was done.  I also checked to make sure the size and color I wanted to exchange for was available.  I contacted customer service today, and was told they were processing a refund not an exchange.  Even though it shows the size and color are available, they are telling me that they only exchange if the item is available, which it is. I thnk refunding for QVC is easier than exchange.

I received my first return/exchange within two weeks with no problem.    My second return/exchange has me very frustrated.  I'm in New York (Long Island).  It left PA on June 30, went to NJ - USP Mail Innovations and then to a post office in a town near me on LI.  Instead of my package being transferred to my local post office, it was transferred to a post office in New Jersey!  It has been sitting there for two days. 

 

Do you think I will get my Halston blouse before the end of summer, so I can wear it?  I know it is not Q's fault, but it is annoying.

I avoid exchanges to avoid the hassle.  I return the item I don't want and place a new order for the one I need.  I know it's more expensive doing it this way, but at least I know I'll be receiving the item.

When you wish to exchange any item, please send an email to us and we will make it hassle free. The email should be sent to QVCSocialTem@qvc.com and include the name of the item and what size/color etc you wish.

In addition to how long it all takes, my issue has been that the few times I've written on the slip that I am exchanging for size/color etc, if they did not have the item, they processed it as a return, and with that, charged me for the return shipping. I have had to keep an eye on every single transaction to ensure proper credits and charges. It is exhausting and people should either be trained to be super observant of their posted policies, or a supervisor should catch it. Too much time wasted on hold on the phone, and having to explain their exchange policy to CS only to be apologized to. But if I didn't call to their attention, I would've paid . They may be very nice when you call, which I do appreciate. But I don't want to have to babysit my returns and exchanges, it's their job to get it right.

I did what you said and emailed you and you have sent out another pair and have charged another shipping charge which is not supposed to happen.  On my email I emphasized that I should not be charged another shipping charge and it happened anyway.....What is wrong with this company.

Good morning @chiclet I apologize that you feel we charged shipping on the replacement. I check the order that I arranged to be sent yesterday with free upgraded shipping and there is no additional charges to theQCard since 6/21.
