Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email.  The  MODS will sort this out for you.

There are instructions for doing exchanges here on the website.  It works like any other, such as a clothing, exchange.  If it was a gift covered by the Christmas return policy, you only have a few days left.

 

This isn't a problem for the mods.

Emailed them a few days ago for "clarification" because :

 

the policy is for same item #

Thats right, if its a different item #, it can't be exchanged.
