I sent back a pair of pants for an exchange of different size ,they were received in Ontario ,CA on the 30th of Aug., called CS last eve, wonderinf why there has been no activity and she said they"re very busy in the Warehouse and offered a partial refund ... I said no, I won't take partial rf , so she said I'll get a complete  refund ,so much for that exchange...

I may try again and reorder ...

I called about this same thing yesterday and the cs rep offered to take care of it for me so now another size is 'in process.'  I wonder how long it will be there.  They've already pushed back the EDD by 5 days to 13 days out from today.   It goes from bad to worse here.
