Tis the season! I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding assistance I received from Wanda on FB messenger tonight.

 

At checkout, I was unable to apply the Cyber Sale discount code. Wanda's prompt and effective resolution not only resolved the issue swiftly but also elevated my overall shopping experience. Her professionalism and courtesy truly stood out, making a significant impact on my overall customer experience.

 

I was truly expecting to be disapointed after contacting Customer Care and would get mad and not buy anything. Wanda's boss - take note: because Wanda was so helpful, I bought more than I planned.
