I wrote about this on 11/2/23 and it's still not fixed.  I'm using an iPad Pro, Safari Browser. 

when I tried to order the TSV from Barefoot Dreams I clicked on it and it comes up saying:

***SEE INDIVIDUAL ITEM NUMBERS FOR PRODUCT DETAILS*** 

However, no matter what you click on, it never comes up with individual item numbers for color or style choices.  To order, I must go to the "Shop" page, enter the TSV item number and then the correct page comes up with style and color choices to click on.  

Here is a photo of how the TSV comes up when I originally clicked on it. THERE IS NO PLACE ON THE PAGE TO CLICK TO CHOOSE COLOR OR STYLE.

I don't use the App but I do know that Safari does not work on my MacBook with QVC. I cannot sign in with Safari, see product details or place an order. Safari doesn't work with Ebay or signing in to my bank. I use mostly Chrome. I think your problem is most likely Safari.

When I complained to Verizon about the disconnect between my Apple product and Safari, I know they fixed but but what I remember best was "Apple and Safari don't play well together."   

I don't have enough computer knowledge to know if there's an easy fix for QVC -  I've changed my browsers to access what I want.  Apple is many, many times larger than QVC and they certainly know they have a captive audience!

@Petals.  Skip the app and do your shopping on qvc.com.   There may still be times when you're unable to see parts of qvc online.  To avoid this, many people download and use a browser other than Safari.  Just because you have an Apple product doesn't mean you HAVE TO USE Safari.
