@elated thank you!!!! I used safari on an older iPad and I got the green box!  I did not know this option existed and I prefer to use one payment so this is perfect. It worked at checkout, too.

this thread is why I love the forums, y'all give me such good tips and tricks 😀

I had the same easy pay issue using my iPad.  However, I removed the item from my cart on my iPad and used my Kindle Fire tablet to purchase the item.  I was able to change the full amount to easy pay on the order review page and complete the transaction.  Weird!

An estimated 700,000 people around the world, 400,000 of them children, have died so far due to the discontinuation of the USAID program.

Tried the green box. Still keeps jumping to full pay. I wish they would fix this issue. I am not ordering anything until they do. It should be so difficult to place an order.

My account always defaults to Easy Pay, even though I want to pay in full. It does not allow me to change the method of payment. This is very frustrating because I have Cap One and Raketun discounts that cannot be used if you call in your order. Today, my Cap One discount is 20%! I am not ordering from QVC until this glitch is fixed. Also, there is no longer a chat you can use.

—FYI, this thread was just bumped from May 2023.—

@LindiLoo - You can change your payment options by clicking the "Edit" link on the checkout screen. If you want to set up your payments so they don't default to Easy Pay, just go to your account settings and update the "Easy Pay Preference" checkbox.

And you can chat by clicking the "Live Chat" link at the bottom of any page on the website; if you have trouble getting it to launch, try a different browser. I don't think the service is available 24 hours a day, but I've used it within the past couple of weeks and plenty of other forum users comment about how helpful it is all the time.
