Is anyone else having a problem with the easy pay option not working? When I attempt to order something, it says it will be billing the full amount now instead of monthly. I also checked the easy pay box.

@nextwinner    For some people,the system is defaulting to full pay and for some to Easy Pay.  Mine is also defaulting to full pay.  If I want Easy Pay I have to remember to manually change it.

If you go to  My Account and go to manage easy pays, you will see a green box that gives you an option of easy pay or full payment. If that box is checked, it goes to easy pay,. If not, it goes to full payment. I just noticed this yesterday. I hope this helps.

It is there. I just checked again. You go to My Account, Order Status and then Easy Pay. It is right under refund delays.  I am using a fire tablet.

@elated I never noticed this before. I don't have any pending easy pays, but I'm glad you pointed this out. Thank you.

Well, I don't know what to say but it shows on mine. You go to My Account, then Order Status then go to Easy Pay. I think if you go directly to Manage Easy Pays, it doesn't show. You have to go step by step.

@elated   I did exactly what you said but nothing there.  It doesn't make sense that it would be under Order Status since Easy Pays have nothing to do with the status of orders.  You can change the payments while a new order is eligible for edit but this is only briefly.

@elated    I followed your instructions on an Amazon Fire tablet and all I get is a list of easy pay orders with no option for doing anything except making payments.
