If a team has sold out usually the site will say so and/or the team logo will be grayed out.  In this case nothing!

 

Is there a reason why the Eagles are not listed/missing?

They are sold out.  There are only 10 teams left out of the 32 NFL teams.  Beginning of the video Dan and the vendor say they are sold out of many of the teams and will not be getting them back in.

 

*Edit ... Wanted to add this particular jacket is old stock from fall of 2018.  Eagles have probably been sold out since last year.  That's why it no longer turns up in the listings.
