Another Easy Pay Flash Event where the payments don't work

I have been on hold for over 45 minutes trying to get escallated from order entry to customer service due to yet another flash event where easy payments do not work on the items specified.  This is ridiculous and is not quality customer service.  

 

At this point I have to just keep holding and hoping there are people working there tonight.

 

Really disappointing - clearly need to make sure the system can handle the promotions which are being offered before they turn them on.

@ChanelGirl  If you've been on hold for 45 minutes I'll bet the transfer call to CS was misrouted.  That's too long for any company to let customers be on hold.

Agreed, I also called on another line and they offered to put me back on hold again.....I got a call center in Texas which could not give me any answers - said that I needed to talk to customer service and they had been dealing with a lot of calls.  I am hoping that someone fixes this as there is no excuse in e-commerce sites in this day and age to do this - perhaps there are some who don't understand how to make the changes to a site. Approaching 60 minutes and expect someone to do something to make it right so I don't lose merchandise I wanted.

Called on another line and after about 15 minutes got a person who was helpful and fixed the issue - I think she said the Florida call center is closed down causing issues with excessive calls.  Thanks for fixing it.

Either that CS rep was mistaken or QVC changed their minds because once it hit 11pm CT, the easy pays disappeared.  The flash sale was not extended.
