I agree. I discussed a serious problem I had with customer service last week and they took my post down because they said it was inappropriate. Seriously there was nothing said that wasn't the truth. This may not make it either. July I know alot of easy pays got messed up because of the holiday.

I literally just got done doing exactly that 😑

I was trying to finish up some easy pays and finally I gave up hunting and pecking for my easy pays when I had scrolled all the way to May. I hope they straighten this hot mess out soon.

HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT IT JUST WORKED TO SWITCH OVER TO EACH ITEM AND THEN SWITCH BACK TO MONTHLY, AND THE WHOLE MONTH CAME UP.

The switch over tip from item to monthly doesn't work anymore. This is Beyond Ridiculous!!! Fix this! I've never seen anything like this before where a company makes it so hard to pay the bill! In my state hiding the bill from the consumer is against the law actually. This, along with the 2 months of letting payments sit in billing forever and then expire only to have to pay it again just blows my mind. I can't wait to finish paying off my easy pay to NeVer shop on this site again and leave all kinds of reviews. You might want to consider firing your programmers.

It's already August 25 and I still can't access my Easy Pay.  I want to get some things paid off.  I know I can go into each order and do  it that way but it isn't as convenient.  

Please get this fixed already.

mine is now working fine when i check my order status and easy pays on my laptop.

STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!! STILL CANNOT ACCESS EASY PAY LIST! AND YES I AM SHOUTING!
