I just believed what I read on QVC's website. I budget out my gifts, and have a lot of "easy pays". That will be changing.
Again, it was on the product page. I have kept my shopping cart live to show my husband as evidence - lol.
I do think that we should be able to count on what we read on the website as being accurate.

@Southern Sarah I don't know if this will help but pull up the item you were interested in ordering and about 1/2 down the page should be the info about the 9 month financing & there should be a click on see details info for that item so I think you should b able to click on the details where it explains this financing option. I know some of her items have this option so hope it can work for you.

After wasting about 2 hours of my time this Saturday/ Sunday over an issue involving a credit card (a QVC website issue), this has become a "principle of the matter" issue for me - as silly as that may sound.
I have a screenshot from my shopping cart on my iPad that lists the offer as being available. I plan on seeing what they have to say about that, since they don't just have to take my word for that.

I saw this over the weekend but I think it was in error because the 9 month financing is usually over $300 as this was orginially. It doesn't apply to the new clearance price. Someone forgot to remove it.

You may be right. I had never seen the bag before yesterday. All I know is that the 9 month financing was offered on the product page, and in my shopping cart after it was on sale yesterday.
I am just really disappointed that my .com experiences have gone downhill. Perhaps Qurate is investing more towards the app - assuming that is where their future lies (with younger shoppers). And, I know they have tried to cut costs in many areas.
I will say this though - my 24 year old daughter may take a first glance at something I think she might like for me to purchase for her, but she generally wants to look on .com before the purchase is made.
Anyhow, I have been a QVC shopper for a very long time. And, I have purchased a lot (especially) lately. I have had many issues lately. Perhaps it's the law of averages, but I don't think so.
I have an order that inexplicably has not shipped (it has been referred to the back office). I just had to spend over 2 frustrating hours over the weekend due to an problem concerning a credit card ( that problem eventually disappeared 12 or so hours later, so we were able to cancel that back office referral). This 9 month thing was just the latest disappointment, and it has been sent to the back office. I could go on and on, telling you about the problems I have had over the last few months.
Customer Service, however, has been great - but they can only do so much towards fixing problems. And, obviously, they can't prevent them.
I have loved shopping at QVC over the years, but I am beginning to wonder if somebody is trying to tell me something. LOL Maybe they will be glad to be done with me...Of course, we 60 somethings do have connections with the younger shoppers QVC needs to bring into the fold. Bottom line - I wouldn't have reacted so strongly to this latest issue, if there hadn't been a long line of previous problems. Ironically, I have not encountered problems at HSN.
