I received a email regarding my order a few days ago that my shipment would be delayed and they were doing there best to get it shipped as soon as possible. This item is now going on 10 days in "preparing your order". No explanation as to why it isn't shipping in a timely matter. I have several other orders 4 days "in preparing "and hoping they won't be stuck in preparing for over a week as well ! I don't know what's going on , I realize it's the busy time of year for them , but it's very frustrating that items are not going out within 3 , 4 days tops as far as I'm concerned. Why can't they address this issue .

I have several in "preparing" status from now a week. I also have two at the post office pending acceptance. I ordered a pair of pants from Anthropologie and received it in two days. QVC needs to change their shipping program.

Same here with the delay in shipping. I had a pair of pants sitting in "preparing your order" for 6 days as well.

@CissyT totally ! I was emailed my item I posted about was finally shipped , looking at tracking in Middleton Pa since November 20th going nowhere even stated contacting shipper to resolve ! I've also been charged on the 21st !! Wrote the social team and still waiting for reply . I'm sure they are very busy especially today , but I need clarification on this item that has been delayed since the 4th . I don't get it if I'm charged why is my item not shipped ? I thought your only charged once item is actually shipped , not in delay . This has never happened before and I've been with the Q for years . Please someone from social team help !!

I placed an order 13 days ago. Never received it. It's supposedly lost. The item is now sold out.
