I cannot see my total until I BUY the item!  You do not provide a subtotal anymore before the item is purchased!  That is very annoying especially since we don't know the price of shipping, either,  I have had to cancel more than once because of this...please fix it!

I'm not seeing what you're seeing.  I either see the free shipping on the item page or cost of shipping when I add it to my cart .

Same with me @Tori3569 . My cart shows the shipping. Then when I go to Checkout, I get the total, S&H, Item cost + tax before I click Place Order.

 

@Gkhm You may want to try again. I have made many, dozens, of purchases and have never had to click Place Order before knowing the final costs. I'm assuming you are referring to QVC.

I concur, I always see the shipping prior to checkout. Can you not see the cost when simply shopping before adding the items to your cart? That would be odd if you can't.

During checkout, I can see all the details for the purchase total. However, I am still part of the group that has not been able to see the shipping charge on the item page for the past two or three weeks. It's really annoying. Not sure if that's what the OP means.

I don't see the shipping amount until I add it to my cart either.

 

Why try to be so sneaky?

The shipping for me is not listed under the item anymore, you have to put it in your cart and then proceed... Don't like this at all!

Agree with others...it IS shown in your cart @Gkhm 

 

There is no reason you have to purchase and submit!!!

 

It is clearly shown....you would see it b4 buying thus the need to cancel.

 

Some orders can't be cancelled!!!!!

 

 

I don't lke this new method either......

I suspect the difference in what is seen depends on the device being used and whether viewing is being done in desktop mode or mobile mode.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
