David's Cookbook Invitation

I tried sending this to the QVC Social Team but the address wasn't recognized as a real email address.

  Hope the QVC Team can help me.

  I ordered David's new cookbook, item #, order# and purchase date above, but have not received my invitation for the bonus of joining a group for many other cooking features.
  I do receive Q emails and the invitation is not in my spam or trash.
  I have been looking for this special invitation every day since ordering the cookbook.
