I received my cooper Lock n Lock today from the today’s special value on Wednesday. As I was unwrapping each container, I noticed the smallest container had a broken tab and it was in the bag. How do I replace it? Do I send it all back or do I just get that one piece replaced? I have to admit I was a bit disappointed as this was my first Lock n Lock purchase. Thank you for any help.

i think you have to send the entire set back to qvc if you want a replacement.
if you DONT want it replaced then call customer service and they may give you a partial credit for that one item in the set.
it really depends on how badly you want that one particular piece.

I think @sunshine45s right, they won't replace just one lid. You'll have to send the whole set
(1 complete unit) for replacement.

Thank you Beth, they are going to replace the set for me. I really like the set and appreciate QVCs customer service. You all have been very helpful!

I love the lock n lock titan but they are one by one getting cracks in them and looking distorted. Only wash on top rack dishwasher. Lost 3 over the last year and wonder if anyone else had this because now I am worried about ordering more if this is going to continue happening.

If you ever need help with an individual piece of Lock & Lock, just call the company for assistance—the customer service department is excellent and sends replacements promptly. Representatives are available at 844-527-9188 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT.

I think the quality of Lock n Lock has gone downhill, but their customer service has been GREAT! I emailed (locknlockcs@gmail.com) them some pics of the damaged lids, along with my mailing address, and in a short period of time I recieved replacements! The only negative, was that they didn't have the color available, but a lid is a lid.
