Order in process since 12/8

I placed my order on 12/8, and it says still in process with EDD of 12/17. Can you please help with the holdup?

Hi @Momof486 I took a look at your order and these items are being shipped from the vendor. I did notice that the vendor received the order and updated yesterday 12/11 so they should be shipping out soon. I hope this helps.

Hi @Momof486 12/17 is an estimated delivery date, I really cannot say when it will arrive. Keep an eye on the order you should get a tracking number when it ships.
