EVERY time I call customer support with a return issue, I end up having to call back SEVERAL times!!! This is time consuming and totally unneccessary! Are other customers experiencing this or what's happening????? QVC, you need to TRAIN your customer service reps BEFORE they ever get on the phone with customers!!!!!

Send an email to: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com They are AWESOME. I usually get an immediate response (well within the hour) and they have always resolved my issue for me.

It's kind of hard to identify a problem when your story is so incomplete. Never do you say WHY you have to call back. Did you get disconnected or was it something you were told? If so, what? Could you be part of the problem?

to answer your question, No.
I have never had that issue. CS and the mods have always been prompt and helpful.
Issue is always resolved without any further correspondence.
