I have corrected this several times, my street address ,has also got to have po box number, i have no mail box  at my house, long story ,if the box number is NOT INCLUDE ON PACKAGES, the post office here adds on extra shipping charges, yesterday i had to refuse a pkg. from qvc.

@goldensrbest,  have you tried listing your po box number as though it were an apartment number?  I have successfully done that in the past albeit not with Q.

For example:  123 Main Street, Box 114 might work.

Re: Address problem

[ Edited ]

I'm in the same boat here. Except I've had packages sent back to sender, both from Amazon and QVC.  My postmaster here in my small town told me to NOT use PO Box on address.  Put just the box number after my name, then either my street address or the physical address of the post office.  Sometimes I have heavy packages sent to the house and they end up at the PO anyway.  Until the shippers, carriers and the PO straighten this mess out, we are at their mercy.  Larger post offices may tell you something else.
