Customer service???

I have been trying to contact customer service all day long.  I manage to get through the phone system only to get a busy signal and it hangs up on me.  Seriously???  Not only did the grill I ordered arrive over TWO MONTHS early (it was supposed to be shipped in June and was an anniversary present, but they charged me $160 for shipping!?!?!?!?  Not to mention that this $600 grill arrived damaged and won't even smoke properly.  I am about to lose my mind.  Smiley Sad

 

*edit*  I just tried the chat option and that just hangs there and won't do anything.  I'm trying really hard not to be angry  right now.

Can you do a live chat with customer service?

Otherwise see if you can send an email to customer service.

I tried live chat and it didn't work.  I'm going to send an email next after I contact Traeger and see if they have any ideas on how I can fix the grill on my own.

@Tiphy   Try emailing QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.  They will answer you and are very helpful.  They may reply to your post here, too.  In your email be sure and include your order #.
